My Personal History

My name is Haley. I am a 27 year old mom of three kids, one biological and two step. I have been dealing with mental health issues for as long as I can remember. I moved to West Valley City Utah when I was 8 years old, and I can remember thinking of suicide before moving here. A lot of my past is a big black hole that I'm slowly uncovering through EMDR therapy along with Ketamine treatments. This is my personal journey and could be very different than someone else's. My mom struggles with many mental disorders and I've luckily escaped most but still struggle with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety and than after having my son I was diagnosed with PPOCD/Depression/Anxiety. I'm not perfect and know I have a lot more work and struggles to get through but maybe my experiences can help someone else. I'm not saying my experiences are worse than anyone else's. I'm just saying sharing mine in hope of helping someone else along with healing in my own way.
