3rd Ketamine Treatment May 28th

I Had my Third ketamine treatment today. I have a minimum of three left. Last Tuesday was horrible and I was not in a good space mentally. Today the high was very intense but not sad. I am still very out of it so can’t really say how I’m feeling mentally but will update when I’m In a space to know but I’m not depressed I know that much. Even with the ups and downs I’m so grateful to be getting better.
